This is a calm beach sensualisation, relaxing full sensory guided meditation with sound effects. Sensualisation is like guided visualisation or guided imagery, except that you are actively encouraged to engage all of your senses in the experience to really take advantage of your brains VR (virtual reality) capabilities to help to give you an experience which, with practice, feels more real and by practicing using a process like this, you can begin to get used to internally using all of your senses, strengthening your ability to have multisensory inner experience so that when you close your eyes and use your imagination you can do so more like accessing a VR machine than just perhaps vaguely seeing things in your minds eye.
