Trying to breathe in the relaxed way needed to achieve an Altered State of Consciousness, is far from easy when your nose feels dry and blocked, or while suffering from a bout of sinusitis. This is especially likely to occur when living in an overly dry, centrally heated, home. In this video, I suggest some quick and easy ways of keeping your nasal passages moisturized and so able to trap most of the dust, bacteria, and viruses in the surrounding air from entering your lungs. I also introduce you to Welsh Yoga teacher, Danielle Bryant, who demonstrates how to use an ancient technique called Yala Neti to clean and moisturize the nose.
