This 6 hour 20 minute video is a lucid dreaming self hypnosis process. It guides you into a receptive state of mind and installs a lucid dreaming trigger. Knowing when you drift into a REM state (when most dreaming occurs) is difficult from just a track like this, but some people drift into a dream state within about 20 minutes of being asleep, most of our dreaming starts after about 90 minutes and happens roughly every 90 minutes through the night with the lengths of the dream state increasing towards the morning. So this track is designed to give triggers through the night to coincide with these dream times to give you plenty of chances to lucid dream each night.
